Yes, our service is provided at no cost to home owners selling or renting their properties as well as to real estate companies and independent agents. 2. How do we publish a property for sale or rent? First you must register with us. Once you have registered you need to 'login' using the password and user name you submitted during the registration process. Once you access your account, you can select "añadir listado" from the left menu of your account page. 3. How do we add a picture to our advertisement? To add your logo and or publish a picture of your property select 'browse' and look for the property picture in your computer hard drive. Once you have found the picture and selected it, you can upload it to our server. 4. How will I receive messages from persons interested in the property? When a person is interested in receiving information on one of your properties, they can send a message from the page where they are looking at the property or by calling the telephone you have published on our site. 5. PayPal Logo We notice a PayPal logo and credit cards at the bottom of each page, are we required to pay for using the site? No, our service is provided at no cost to our registered members and visitors. The PayPal logo is provided for those real estate agents that would like to donate money to help us meet our expenses in maintaining the site, i.e. hosting costs, etc. |
